Καλύπτονται ατυχήματα που θα συμβούν στους ή/ και απορρέουν από τους κοινόχρηστους/κοινόκτητους χώρους του κτιρίου
Επιπρόσθετες καλύψεις που συμπεριλαμβάνονται είναι: Ευθύνη από πυρκαγιά, διαρροή σωληνώσεων, λειτουργία ανελκυστήρων, επιγραφές και ευθύνη από την εκτέλεση εργασιών επισκευής και συντήρησης των κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων
Ενδεικτικά, τρίτοι θεωρούνται και οι: Ενοικιαστές, Επισκέπτες, Περαστικοί.
