Accidents that occur in and/or arise from the common/commonly owned areas of the building are covered
Additional coverages included are: Liability for fire, pipe leakage, operation of lifts, inscriptions and liability from the execution of repair and maintenance work of the building facilities
Indicatively, third parties are also considered: Tenants, Visitors, Passers-by. Also, the co-owners are considered third parties for damages for which the co-ownership is responsible and includes the liability of each co-owner to third parties, and to the other co-owners and to the co-ownership. Also, the administrator is considered a third party for damages for which the co-ownership is responsible.
